Most merciful Jesus, lover of souls, I pray You, by the agony of Your most Sacred Heart and by the sorrows of Your Immaculate Mother, wash in Your Most Precious Blood the sinners of the whole world who are now in their agony and who will die today. Heart of Jesus, once in agony, have mercy on the dying. O most compassionate Jesus, have mercy on those who are about to pass from this life. Grant them the grace of a holy death, fortified by the Sacraments of Holy Church. May Saint Joseph, patron of the dying, intercede for them, and may the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, be at their side in their final hour. Deliver them, O Lord, from the pains of hell and from eternal death. Let perpetual light shine upon them, and may they rest in peace. Amen.

O Lord God Almighty, who has blessed us with the gift of family, we humbly ask Your protection and grace upon our household. Guard our family from all evil, discord, and harm, and bind us together in bonds of faith, hope, and charity. Grant to the parents wisdom, patience, and strength in their vocation, and to the children obedience, reverence, and growth in virtue. May the peace of Christ reign in our home, and may the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of the Family, intercede for us in all our needs. Holy Family of Nazareth, Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, make our family and home more and more like Yours, until we are all one family, happy and at peace in our true home with You in heaven. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

O Lord Jesus Christ, who upon the Cross did embrace the fullness of human suffering for the salvation of the world, grant me the grace to unite my sufferings with Yours. Help me to see in my trials a share in Your holy Passion, and to bear them with patience, humility, and love. Let not my heart be troubled nor afraid, for You have overcome the world and have promised that all things work together for the good of those who love You. O Mary, Mother of Sorrows, who stood faithfully at the foot of the Cross, intercede for me in this time of trial, and obtain for me the consolation of the Holy Spirit. Grant me, O Lord, the perseverance to carry my cross with faith, knowing that through suffering we enter into glory. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

O Holy Spirit, Divine Consoler, I implore You to enlighten my mind, strengthen my will, and inflame my heart with Your holy love. Guide me, O blessed Spirit, in all my ways, that I may always do what is pleasing in Your sight. Grant me the gifts of wisdom, understanding, and counsel, that I may know the path You have set before me and walk in it faithfully. Remove from me all confusion and doubt, and lead me into the fullness of truth. Direct my steps according to Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me. I surrender my plans and desires to Your most holy will, trusting that You will lead me on the path to eternal life. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

O God of all strength and consolation, look mercifully upon my weakness and stretch forth the right hand of Your majesty to be my defense. Grant me, I beseech You, the fortitude of the Holy Spirit, that I may bear with patience all the trials and adversities of this life. When I am weak, be my strength; when I am afraid, be my courage; when I falter, be my firm foundation. Let me never be separated from You by sin or discouragement, but rather let me persevere in faith, hope, and charity until the end. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Through the intercession of Saint Michael the Archangel and all the holy angels, defend me in the day of battle and grant me the victory. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

O most merciful God, You desire not the death of the sinner but rather that he be converted and live. I come before You with a contrite and humble heart, acknowledging my sins and transgressions against Your holy law. Forgive me, O Lord, for all the times I have offended You in thought, word, deed, and omission. Grant me the grace of true repentance, that I may amend my life and sin no more. Help me to forgive those who have trespassed against me, as I ask You to forgive my trespasses. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin, for a clean heart create in me, O God, and a steadfast spirit renew within me. Through the merits of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His Precious Blood for the remission of sins, have mercy on me, a sinner. Amen.

Almighty and everlasting God, the eternal salvation of those who believe, hear us on behalf of Your servants who are sick, for whom we humbly beg the help of Your mercy. Restore to them, we beseech You, their former health, that they may render thanks to You in Your Church. Look down with compassion upon all who are suffering, and grant them comfort in their affliction and patience in their trials. Send Your holy angels to watch over them, and let Your blessing rest upon all who care for them. Through Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
